Eligibility for Returns
You can return an item if:
- It is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
- The return is initiated within 30 days of receiving your order
- The item is not a final sale or marked as non-returnable

The following items are non-returnable:
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Earrings for hygiene reasons
Return Process
- Contact Us: Email contact@glimmercrown.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Approval: Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping address.
- Ship the Item: Package the item securely and send it to the provided address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- Inspection and Refund: After we receive the item, it will be inspected. If it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items of the same value, subject to availability. If you would like to exchange an item, follow the return process and indicate your preference for an exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items

Cancellations
